Click the <B>DOWNLOAD IT NOW </B>button once. If a "File Download" box appears click the <B>Save</B> button.</div> <div> 2. When the "Save As" box (or "Save to" box if using Netscape) appears,select a destination folder for the file and click <B>Save</B>. When the "Download complete" message appears, select <B>Open Folder </B>(or <B>Reveal Location</B> if using Netscape).</div> <div> 3. Locate and <U>Double-Click</U> the file (Tip: it is highlighted ) that you just downloaded. Choose a folder in which to save the PDF files using the WinZip Self-Extractor box, "Unzip to folder" field. Type the file path or browse to the folder of your choice, and click OK.</div> <div> 4. Please make sure that you provide a valid and accurate address <U>and</U> that your mailbox is not full.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 115 WIDTH="295"><div> When I go to download my plans I get a security warning.</div> </tD> <tD VALIGN=TOP WIDTH="313"><div> This is normal. Your browser's security settings are detecting the self-extracting (.exe) file that contains your plans. There are two "zipped" files contained by the "exe" file. The "exe" file will automatically extract (unzip) the files in PDF format to the folder you specify. We use this method as a convenience to those who do not have "Unzip" software installed on their computer.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 148 WIDTH="295"><div> The "File download" box disappeared. I did not get the "Download complete" message. I don't know where the file is.</div> </tD> <tD VALIGN=TOP WIDTH="313"><div> While the file is downloading, make sure that the "Close this dialog box when download completes" box is NOT checked. The file will be located in the directory that you chose as the destination folder in Step 2 above. If you can't remember the folder name, you can do a search on your hard drive for the file name. You can find the file name at the end of the link contained in the email sent to the email address you provided with your order.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 33 WIDTH="295"><div> I have the downloaded (.exe) file. How do I get to the plans?</div> </tD> <tD VALIGN=TOP><NOBR><div> Follow the directions in Steps 3, 4 and 5 above.</div> </NOBR></tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 82 WIDTH="295"><div> When I try to open the downloaded (.exe) file, I get the massage "This is not a valid Win32 file" or a similar message.</div> </tD> <tD VALIGN=TOP WIDTH="313"><div> This message means that the download did not complete fully or successfully. You will need to download the file once again. You can download the file at least 3 times if necessary in this situation before you reach your access limitation.</div> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 49 WIDTH="295"><div> I am unable to open the files. I get the message "There was an error opening the document" or "This viewer can not decrypt the document."</div> </tD> <tD VALIGN=TOP WIDTH="313"><div> You need to upgrade to a newer version of Adobe Acrobat reader.
