Design Features:
 5 inch wide arm rest on front and ends with rounded edges for comfort.The top overhangs the front and sides equally to provide extra seating space.Front and sides are pine plywood with "beaded" surface ( except HB-007 ). This new look is now being used in many fine bars and restaurants.The base provides a built-in foot rest for "stand up" or bar stool use. No need to buy a brass foot rail.Constructed in 3 sections, the larger size bars can be unassembled, relocated, and reassembled if necessary.Interior framework is concealed, and fasteners are hidden from view. Inside surfaces are flat, making it easy to add special features such as a wine rack, adjustable shelves or even a 2.5 cubic foot mid-size compact refrigerator.As a bonus, HB-005 and HB-006 plans include complete details on how to make optional "two tier" bottle steps which can be placed behind the bar, or used elsewhere.Construction Features:

 "I wanted share a few photos of our bar I built using your Speedy-Build plans. I am an active duty military member living in Germany and have never done any woodworking in the past. I was a little worried the task I was undertaking would be too much especially since everything over here is in metric! However, due to the ease of construction inherent in the design of your plans I actually spent more time at the hardware store ... than I did putting the bar together! Honestly, once I started, I had the basic bar complete in one night minus the top and of course sanding/staining. Thanks again for your awesome plans…they truly are Speedy-Build!!!"
